摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic material which can keep high water-repellent and oil-repellent properties even at a flaw and can keep such water-repellent and oil-repellent functions over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A composite material has a fluorine-based lubricant layer on the surface of the metallic material having micropores while interposing an organic molecule intermediate layer therebetween. The diameter of the micropore is 10 nm or more and 300 nm or less and the length thereof is 100 nm or more. The organic molecule intermediate layer is formed by removing adsorbed water on the surface of the metallic material and reacting a phosphate group of the adsorptive organic molecule, which has a fluoroalkyl chain or an alkyl chain and has a phosphonate group or the phosphate group at one terminal of the fluoroalkyl chain or the alkyl chain, with the surface of the metallic material having micropores. The fluorine-based lubricant layer comprises perfluoroalkyl ether, perfluoroalkyl amine or perfluorocarbon.
