PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust method for kitchen and its exhaust device in which it shows a low static pressure and improved treatment efficiency, a small-size and energy saving of an exhaust fan may also be expected and further its maintenance work is also considered.SOLUTION: Flow regulator guides 4 having flow-in passages 3 set to be directed downward are installed at a front surface 2, and there is installed a filter 6 while arranging a space 5 between it and the flow regulator guides 4. A foggy water injection unit 7 for injecting foggy water downward into the space 5 is installed at the upper part in the space 5. A discharging passage 8 for performing an upward sucking and exhausting is installed at the rear part of the filter 6. Oily smokes 9A and downward injected foggy water 10 are mixed within the space 5, sucked up, agitated to become water droplets containing oil and fat, the water droplets containing oily fat are separated by the filter 6, dropped down and discharged, and the exhaust smokes 9B pass through the filter 6, and are sucked upward and exhausted. |
