<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a mixed solvent of benzotrifluorides with high solubility and a non-inflammable fluorine-based solvent, whose composition can be extremely stably maintained; a surface treating agent using the mixed solvent; and further the mixed solvent made to be non-inflammable by adjusting compositional ratio thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This mixed solvent includes (1) bis(trifluoromethyl)benzene and (2) tridecafluorooctane by mass ratio of (1)/(2)=1/99 to 99/1, and the total of both occupies 80 mass% or more in whole amount of the solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
