Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for preventing adhesion of an aquatic organism that: can express good adhesion even in water; has good mechanical characteristics; facilitates its peeling operation; has a small surface roughness; can maintain an antifouling effect over a long time period; has a small load on a human body or an environment; has a light weight; can maintain stable quality; can effectively prevent the adhesion of an aquatic organism; and when bonded onto a ship's hull, can make contributions to improving fuel efficiency and reducing CO 2 emission. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for preventing adhesion of an aquatic organism of the present invention includes an antifouling layer, a base material layer, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the stated order, in which the antifouling layer has a ten-point average surface roughness Rz of 5.0 µm or less.
