<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like workpiece aligning method and an aligning device capable of avoiding a bridge generated when the workpieces are squeezed from both right and the left sides of a conveyor in the width direction, and aligning the workpieces in a line along the workpiece conveying direction. <P>SOLUTION: The workpieces (w) are supplied to a tilting table 2, then the workpieces (w) slide down, thereafter, the workpieces (w) which have slid down are conveyed in an oblique attitude by an oblique conveyor 3 arranged under the tilting table 2 along a direction perpendicular to the slide-down direction of the workpieces (w). The workpieces (w) conveyed on the oblique conveyor 3 are regulated by a width regulating section 5 from one side of the oblique conveyor 3 in the width direction, and the workpieces (w) are slid down on a horizontal conveyor 4 arranged adjacent to the oblique conveyor 3, then, the workpieces (w) are aligned in a line, and the workpieces (w) on the horizontal conveyor 4 are regulated in the height direction by a height regulating section 6 and conveyed to the outside one by one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
