The present invention relates to an inorganic room-temperature-curing foam ceramic composition, and a production method thereof. The production method of the present invention includes the following steps: (1) weighing an inorganic bonding material composition comprising: 5-20 wt% of an inorganic filler, 5-20 wt% of a lightweight aggregate, 10-20 wt% of activated carbon, 40-80 wt% of an inorganic magnesium phosphate bonding material, and 0.5-10 wt% of a carbonate; (2) inserting, into a mixer, the lightweight aggregate, the activated carbon, the inorganic filler, and inorganic magnesium phosphate bonding material in sequence; (3) mixing the powder inserted in the mixer; (4) processing into slurry after adding 30-50 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of a uniformly mixed composition and then mixing the same thereafter; (5) inserting 0.5-11 parts by weight of the carbonate with respect to 100 parts by weight of the produced slurry; (6) injecting and generating bubbles in water while stirring the slurry mixed with the carbonate; (7) filling the material into a molding frame; (8) applying vibration onto the filled raw material for one to two seconds; (9) hardening the molded article filled in the molding frame; (10) removing the hardened and molded foam ceramic article from the molding frame; and (11) finishing the inorganic room-temperature-curing foam ceramic by curing the removed molded article. |
