The present invention relates to a wireless communication system providing a wireless communication and a mobile terminal. During data communication between a base station and the terminal in a long term evolution (LTE) system, while the terminal performs a random access channel (RACH) procedure for requesting radio resource allocation from the base station, if the terminal is allocated a radio resource using a radio terminal identifier of the terminal, the terminal is allowed to appropriately select the radio resource, thereby preventing consumption of the radio resources and increasing efficiency.
