The present invention relates to a method for preventing crystal precipitation of rotigotine from a transdermal absorption preparation comprising rotigotine as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a transdermal absorption preparation including a step of mixing rotigotine and an antioxidant at a weight ratio of 1:0.0001-0.1, a transdermal absorption preparation manufactured by the method, and a transdermal therapeutic system comprising: a drug-containing adhesive layer including rotigotine and an antioxidant at a weight ratio of 1:0.0001-0.1; and a base material for supporting the drug-containing adhesive layer. The method and the system according to the present invention can inhibit the generation of flexible materials of rotigotine, and increase the long-term storage stability by suppressing crystallization of rotigotine, thereby being effectively applied to manufacture rotigotine-containing patching materials or the like.
