摘要 本发明之课题在于提供树脂基材的表面改质方法、金属皮膜形成方法以及以该等方法形成之积层体,该树脂基材的表面改质方法可不使聚酯制树脂基材等之于主构造内包含多重键之树脂基材劣化,且可于该树脂基材表面形成密着性良好且极微细之金属配线图案。为了解决上述课题,而提供一种树脂基材的表面改质处理方法,其系在无电解镀敷步骤之前照射紫外线而使树脂基材表面改质之树脂基材的表面改质处理方法,其特征为该树脂基材系在主链构造之重复单元内包含多重键且可见光透过率为80%以上之树脂基材,对于该树脂基材表面以使其表面照射量成为1J/cm 2 以上20J/cm 2 以下之方式对该树脂基材表面照射200nm以上320nm以下之波长的平行紫外光,在无臭氧环境下将该树脂基材表面改质10nm以上100nm以下之深度。;To solve the problem mentioned above, the present invention provides a method for modifying surface of resin substrate, comprising exposing resin substrate to ultraviolet radiation before the electroless plating step to modify the surface of resin substrate. It is characterized in that the resin substrate comprises mulit-bond in the repeat main chain structure and the visible light transmittance is higher than 80%. The ultraviolet irradiation dose to the surface of resin substrate is below 1J/cm 2 to 20J/cm 2 under parallel ultraviolet ray with wavelength above 200nm but not more than 320nm without ozone and the depth of modified surface of the resin substrate is above 10nm but not more than 100nm.
