Disclosed are a system (100) and a method for scrubbing and classifying coarse and fine materials. The system (100) has integrated equipment for scrubbing, hydro cycloning, rinsing, sizing, dehydrating, and transferring in order to classify materials into a maximum size of five. The system (100) can extract a classified and washed product in which surface pollutants such as silica, clay, and alumina powder are substantially reduced, from a different raw material to be used for various industries. The suggested system and method specifically reduce steel manufacturing cost, and improve productivity and efficiency. According to another embodiment of the present invention, clay and ultra-fine materials existing as harmful substances are effectively removed, thereby improving productivity of industry such as construction for specifically reducing use of cement and improving strength of concrete, or the like, and adding more values thereto. |
