PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for saving water by completely recycling pool water by purifying water of an outdoor or indoor pool while reducing use of a chlorine-based disinfectant or without using the disinfectant. SOLUTION: A toxic substance such as a humors substance discharged from the human body is eliminated by using a photocatalyst substance and antibacterial zeolite, and the water is saved by completely circulating and reusing the pool water by reducing the quantity of chlorine-based disinfectant to be used or without using the disinfectant by removing toxic bacteria such as a colon bacillus and Legionella and preventing generation of the toxic bacteria.
