The present invention relates to a heating panel and an assembly thereof, to reduce power consumption, prevent corrosion or deformation of metals, electric leakage or short circuit due to moisture, and have the thickness of the panel thin. The heating panel may include: a plate-shaped indoor finishing material; a reinforcing plate which is attached to the rear side of the indoor finishing material; a pair of electrode members which are provided on the top of the reinforcing plate; a connection terminal for applying power to the electrode members; and a pattern heating body which is formed in a pattern to provide an open part on the upper side of the reinforcing plate, and resists and heats as connected to the electrode member. |
