The disclosure relates to enantiomeric fluconazole antifungal compounds of Formula (1a) and Formula (1b) containing a thieno-[2,3-D]pyrimidin-4(3)-one moiety and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof The disclosure also relates to method of preparing and isolating these compounds, the use of these compounds in prevention and treatment of fungal infections, and pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds.
