The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous nitric oxide solution. The method includes: a nitrogen monoxide generation step of enabling the pyrolysis of the water and air supplied in a stream generation unit by the high-temperature heat from the arc discharging by arranging a water and air supply means in the steam generation unit which has multiple electrode rods with an electric heater and stores an electrolyte solution for inducing a current between the electrode rods in order to generate the nitrogen monoxide by using the reaction between the oxygen and nitrogen thermally decomposed; a toxic gas purification step which attracts and removes the nitrogen dioxide produced in the steam generation unit by using a purifying means of a purifying unit; a steam condensation step which condenses the steam including the nitric oxide to an aqueous solution of nitrogen oxide by using a condensing means of the condensing unit; and a storage step of storing the aqueous solution of nitrogen oxide condensed in the condensing unit in a storage tank of a storage unit, thereby preparing the aqueous solution of nitrogen oxide by using the water and air. The present invention can efficiently and cost-effectively produce a large amount of the nitric oxide solution with a simpler facility compared to other conventional methods by preparing the nitric oxide solution by the high-temperature thermal reaction of the water and air. |
