The present invention relates to an apparatus and method to lock a bicycle using a wireless charging authentication. The apparatus comprises: a wireless charging part which wirelessly sends electric power to a wireless device to charge them; a controller which recognizes identification data of a wireless device through NFC, and controls an electronic locking device and the wireless charging part in accordance with the authentication result of the identification data; and a power generating part which stores electric power generated by a foot effort applied to a bicycle pedal, supplying power to a controller and the wireless charging part. The apparatus simplifies a structure of a security equipment using an identifying apparatus to pair and authenticate essential to wireless charging in a locking device of a bicycle; improve a security level of a bicycle without an additional equipment; and supply electrical power without having to worry about environmental pollution by supplying a power source to a bicycle and charging a wireless device using foot effort generated by treading on the bicycle pedals.
