<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detection device, an overcurrent protective device and a current detection method, which are capable of flexibly correcting a temperature characteristic with a simple configuration, and in which an overcurrent protective characteristic can be obtained highly accurately. <P>SOLUTION: A current detection device comprises: a switching element connected via wires between a power source and a load; and a current detection part which outputs a detection current corresponding to a load current supplied from the power source to the load via the switching element, based on a differential voltage of the switching element. The current detection part includes a temperature characteristic correction thermistor element of which the temperature coefficient can correct the temperature characteristic of a resistance component inherent in the switching element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
