<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fried food nipper for avoiding danger that a hand or the like scalds by the splash of frying oil when a foodstuff has much moisture when cooking fried food cooking such as Tempura/fried food. <P>SOLUTION: A cover wherein at least a part is made of an elastic body is formed with holes, and a part of this fried food nipper is detachably inserted into each of the holes. Preferably, the cover surface is formed with a heat reflection layer. Preferably, the fried food nipper is tongs or has the shape of scissors.
