<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-barrel prefilled syringe capable of attaching a coupling plunger to a gasket by pushing without applying high pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The double-barrel prefilled syringe 1 includes: first and second prefilled syringe bodies 2 and 3; a holder member 5 for holding the syringe bodies arranged side by side; first and second shafts 41 and 42; and the coupling plunger 4 coupling the shafts on the proximal end. The gasket 22 (32) of each prefilled syringe body includes a body 23 (33) and a plunger attaching member 24 (34). The plunger attaching member includes a plurality of projections 75 for preventing the plunger from loosening. Each shaft includes a distal end 46 (47) which can intrude into the plunger attaching member, and an outer surface projection 46a (47a) to be engaged with the projection for preventing the plunger from loosening of the plunger attaching member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
