A magnetron assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a magnetron which includes: a body unit which generates an electromagnetic wave when power is applied, an input unit which is formed on one side of the body unit and receives the power, an output unit which is formed on the other side of the body unit and supplies the electromagnetic wave generated in the body unit to a resonator through a waveguide, a magnetron including a yoke which is separated from the body unit, surrounds the body unit, and has an opening unit, a heat radiation block which is combined to surround the outer circumference of the body unit of the magnetron and receives heat from the body unit with a conduction method, and a heat sink which is thermally connected to the heat radiation block. The heat sink and the heat radiation block are located to overlap in the inner side of the opening unit of the yoke on the view of the direction of the opening unit. |
