The optimized insole structure of footwear for diabetics according to the present invention consists of a sock lining (1) and inserting sock (2). A shaped part (1.2) is anchored on upper surface of the sock lining (1) bearing layer (1.3). In areas of the most concentration of the foot sole pressure, particularly in the area below fingers, below metatarsal small bones, below central and rear extreme part of the foot sole and in the area below the heel bone, there are situated shaped recesses (1.1a, 1.1b, 1.1c), wherein, based on the negative-positive principle, identically situated and shape-solved projecting parts (2.1a, 2.1b, 2.1c) of a gel filling fit therein. The gel filling is anchored in the lower moldable damping layer (2.2) of the inserting sock (2), the multilayer structure of which comprises in the bottom-up direction a layer (2.3) of expanded material with plastic memory, a service textile layer (2.4), a cooling layer (2.5), and an upper lining layer (2.6). |
