PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission device that can easily adjust difference in chromaticity based on the bearing of the light emission device.SOLUTION: Fluorescent material 5 and dispersant 6 are mixed in sealing resin 4, and the sealing resin 4 is injected into a recess portion 2a of a case 2 while stirring the sealing resin 4 to seal an LED chip 1. The concentration of the dispersant 6 is set to such a value that the fluorescent material 5 precipitates. The resultant is left for a fixed time from the above state to make the fluorescent material 5 in the sealing resin 4 precipitate, and then the precipitation is set to stop halfway. Accordingly, the resultant is set to a state that the fluorescent material 5 and the dispersant 6 are uniformly distributed in a range from the bottom surface of the recess portion 2a to the height h, and neither the fluorescent material 5 nor the dispersant 6 exists in a range beyond the height h. Thereafter, the sealing resin 4 is heated to cure the sealing resin. |
