The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of photocatalyst by anodizing. Provided is a manufacturing method of photocatalyst by anodizing, which comprises the steps of: installing titanium in a catalytic form on an electrode of an anodizing device filled with an electrolyte; and forming a titanium dioxide film on the surface of titanium by applying a voltage to the titanium.
