PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which: a manufacturing method using a conventional casting machine has, when manufacturing a thin cast object of an aluminum alloy, a possibility that excellent releasability of the cast object is not secured.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy cast object uses, when an aluminum alloy cast object SM is manufactured by low pressure casting, a mold 9 comprising: an upper mold 9U which holds the cast object SM in an adhesion state on a mold opening; a lower mold 9L which includes a sprue 15A communicated with a holding furnace 5; and a gate G reaching from the sprue 15A to a mold cavity 9C, supplies the mold cavity 9C with molten metal M to measure temperature of the mold cavity 9C, stops supplying the molten metal M when the temperature measurement value is a first threshold value T1 or less, and opens the mold 9 when the temperature measurement value is a second threshold value T2 that is lower than the first threshold value T1 or less. Excellent releasability of the cast object SM is obtained, even when manufacturing the thin cast object SM of an aluminum alloy, without a powerful extrusion mechanism. |
