The invention further relates to the use of the compounds of Formula I as IDO1 inhibitors. The invention also relates to the use of the compounds of Formula I for the treatment and/or prevention of cancer and endometriosis. The invention also relates to a process for manufacturing compounds of Formula I.

X represents —NH— or —CQ2=CQ3-;Q2 and Q3 each independently represent H or C1 to C6 alkyl;R1 and R2 each independently represent H, halo, cyano, C1 to C6 alkyl or C1 to C6 alkoxy; and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
