PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence management system that grasps responder and proxy responder presence states and informs a visit to the responder, when the responder is present, or to a proxy responder, when the responder is absent.SOLUTION: A presence management system controls to inform a visit to a responder when the responder is present, or to a proxy responder when the responder is absent. The presence management system stores schedule information including identification information of a responder, a proxy responder, and a visitor, and performs a search with the visitor information as a key to identify the responder and the proxy responder. The presence management system searches for presence state information of the responder and the proxy responder with the identified responder and the proxy responder as keys to grasp presence states of the responder and a proxy responder. When identifying the responder and the proxy responder, the presence management system preferentially searches for schedule information of prescribed time zone related to a visit, which is separated from the other information as a retrieval object. |
