PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain secure content transmission/reception.SOLUTION: When an application to be run in a user terminal (mobile terminal) capable of detecting a situation refers to ID management meta data serving as meta data on information set by a supplier providing a product or service, including a combination of a condition and an ID, and stored in the user terminal using at least one of the detected situation and information input to the user terminal and a satisfied condition is the ID management meta data, a condition matching ID serving as an ID corresponding to the satisfied condition is transmitted to a server which is configured to receive the condition matching ID and transmit a content corresponding to the condition matching ID of a plurality of contents to the application.
