PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a signal processing load by predicting a Doppler shift in radio communication if a moving pattern of a plurality of mobile communication terminals participating in radio communication cannot be predicted in advance.SOLUTION: A first mobile communication terminal for performing radio communication with a second mobile communication terminal comprises: notification means for notifying the second mobile communication terminal during radio communication of information including the position and speed of the first mobile communication terminal; and estimation means for estimating a Doppler shift occurring in a radio wave in radio communication with the second mobile communication terminal using the position and speed of the second mobile communication terminal reported by the second mobile communication terminal and the position and speed of the first mobile communication terminal.
