The present invention relates to a hygienic glove which is eco-friendly by containing a raw material of 100% of a plant property, and has an equal thickness and property in comparison with an existing hygienic glove. According to an aspect, provided is a vinyl material of the hygienic glove which includes biopellet of 30 wt% of ethanol extracted from sugar cane black treacle having 100% of the plant property, and 70 wt% of polyethylene with respect to 100 wt% of the hygienic glove. According to the other aspect of the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of the hygienic glove, which comprises: a first step of mixing ethanol raw material pellet extracted from a sugar cane with the polyethylene; a second step of inserting a mixture of the first step into a compressor; a third step of melting an input of the second step at 180 to 200°C; a fourth step of extruding a melted material of the third step in a tube shape; and a fifth step of imprinting an extruded material of the fourth step with a glove shaped frame. |
