The present invention relates to a method for transmitting an image signal by using a wearable device, a device for the same, and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wearable device, which generates an image signal of the area adjacent to a user in a wireless communication system, includes: a frame unit which is to be worn on the body of the user; an image recording unit which records the image of the area adjacent to the user; a wireless communication unit which transmits and receives signals with at least one external device; and a control unit which enables the image recording unit to record the image of the area adjacent to the user in correspondence with a first command received to a body condition measuring device through the wireless communication unit; and a control unit which controls the wearable device to generate an image signal regarding the area adjacent to the user including the image of the area adjacent to the user.
