PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label printer capable of performing the switching between a continuous issue mode and a peeling issue mode, and the opening and closing of an opening/closing cover more simply and easily.SOLUTION: A label printer 1 comprises a printer housing, an opening/closing cover 3, a platen roller 6, a peeling member 40, and a movable turning roller 42. The turning roller 42 is movable to a first position apart from the platen roller 6 in a continuous issue mode and a second position in contact with the platen roller 6 in a peeling issue mode. A biasing member 54 changes a direction to bias the turning roller 42 toward the first position or the second position depending on the arrangement position of the turning roller 42. |
