PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device with a load sensor and a suspension device, having a simple and inexpensive structure, that detect a load in a compression direction acting on a bearing which rotationally supports a load in an axial direction, and to prevent overloading of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A bearing device with a load sensor comprises: a cylinder 8 fixed to a vehicle side; a washer 23 on which one end of a spring 4 abuts; an outer ring 25 that is disposed slidably in a cylinder axis direction on an outer periphery of a cylindrical part 19 of the cylinder 8; an inner ring 35 that is disposed being integrally fitted to the washer 23; multiple rolling elements 38 that are incorporated via a cage 39 between the outer ring 25 and the inner ring 35; a fluid-sealed chamber 40 that is formed between a fitting part 9 and the cylindrical part 19 of the cylinder 8 and the outer ring 25 which is slidably fitted on an outer periphery of the cylindrical part 19 of the cylinder 8; and a pressure sensor 44 that is integrally provided via the fitting part 9 of the cylinder 8 and makes a detection part 45 thereof face the inside of the fluid-sealed chamber 40. |
