Each cardboard sheet (7) forming said rectangular block comprises an odd number of layers of corrugated cardboard, said stacked cardboard sheets (7) are glued together to form said rectangular block, and said rectangular block is completely and sealingly enveloped in a covering envelope (6) to form an airtight and watertight construction module (la).
