PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency controller of a DC interconnection system capable of effectively suppressing frequency fluctuation in a power system when the power system is interconnected by a plurality of DC interconnection systems.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a frequency controller of a plurality of DC interconnection systems which controls the frequency. This controller includes: first frequency control means for controlling transfer of power so as to minimize frequency deviation; specific frequency deviation extraction means for extracting the specific frequency deviation which satisfies conditions predetermined from the frequency deviation; second frequency control means for controlling transfer of power so as to minimize the specific frequency deviation; and control switching means for switching to control by the first frequency control means from the control by the second frequency control means. |
