The present invention relates to a sit-up board for reducing abdominal obesity and providing flexibility for vertebra, which comprises: a body having a square frame by a frame, including support legs extended to the lower part, and a connection frame horizontally connected by being installed on the upper part of a pair of support legs; a fixing plate including a foot plate in a square plate form, a spring fixing body having elasticity recovery power with respect to compressed power, and a pair of cylinders; a back plate installed with a connection bracket; a drive unit having a first sprocket and a rotation plate installed on the shaft horizontally penetrating an installation bracket, a second sprocket rotated by a driving motor, a chain whose one end is connected with the curved front and lower end of the connection bracket, and the other end is connected with the rear and upper part of the connection bracket, a pair of pins installed on the outer surface of the rotation plate, and a pair of limit switches touching each of the pins; and a control box installed with a display device in a front direction for receiving the signal of the limit switches and controlling the driving motor. |
