<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for suspension capable of improving a high frequency property. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate for suspension includes: a first insulating layer 10; a metal support layer 20; a first wiring layer 30; a second insulating layer 40 covering the first wiring layer 30; and a second wiring layer 50 having a plurality of wirings including a first wiring and a second wiring. The first wiring of the second wiring layer 50 includes: a head side wiring part extending from a head side terminal part; and a plurality of division wiring parts divided from the head side wiring part. The metal support layer 20 has a metal support layer body 21 and a metal support layer separator 22 separated from the metal support layer body 21. The first insulating layer 10 and the second insulating layer 40 are provided with a plurality of conductive connection parts 73a, 73b piercing the first insulating layer 10 and the second insulating layer 40, and each division wiring part of the first wiring is connected to the metal support layer separator 22 through the corresponding conductive connection part 73a, 73b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
