FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: connecting assembly intended for use with the batching devices contains the first connecting element interconnected with the container, fitted with the threaded section with outer thread and intended for screwing up into the gun batcher or into the adapter fixed to the gun batcher. The gun batcher, the first connecting element and/or the adapter form screw connection with the container with valve. The valve is intended for plugging of the container and has the stem enclosed by the tip, connected by means of the flange with the container tip. The container valve is intended for its opening for joining with the gun batcher. The first connecting element is fitted, at least, with one first connector intended for joining with the manual applicator for application of the component from the container. The connection with the manual applicator in the combined unit of the container with the first connecting element attached to it together with the manual applicator is intended for opening of the valve by effecting the manual applicator. The first connector contains the element selected from the guide and the ledge. The first connecting element contains the internal bearing rim or at least one internal bearing leg. The bearing leg forms the internal rim or sections of the internal rim which are engaged with the external surface of the valve tip, providing an external support for the valve tip for keeping the valve stem in its initial position when it is effected by any pressure in the container. The method of fabrication of the connecting assembly includes the jet moulding stage for formation of the first connecting element and the stage of assembly of the connecting element with the container. The connecting assembly is used for application of the substance contained in the container, using manual method.EFFECT: providing the possibility of combining in the design of two functions, the container which is suitable for use with the gun batcher, and also with the manual applicator, simplification of service and safety during operation.20 cl, 10 dwg |
