PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shift of a rotation shaft and accurately fasten an anchor at an intended position.SOLUTION: An anchor fastener 2 includes: a shaft part 9 including at a distal end a recess detachably fitted with a head part of an anchor 3 in an axial direction and engaged therewith in a circumferential direction, the anchor 3 including a screw part 4 and the head part arranged at a base end side of the screw 4 and formed in a non-circular columnar shape in a cross section; a grip part 10 connected with a base end side of the shaft 9 for supplying torque rotating the shaft part 9 around a longitudinal shaft; and a holder part 11 arranged rotatable around the longitudinal shaft relative to the grip part 10.
