PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression molding die, after the compression molding of a powder material, capable of suppressing the partial peeling of the material from a molded body and the scattering of the powder from the surface of the molded body, method for producing a compression molding die, and a method for producing a compression molded body.SOLUTION: Provided is a compression molding die for molding a compression-molded body by pressing and compressing the material for an organic EL element, in which a nitride film including a nitride is laminated on the metal face of a compression molding die contacted with the material for an organic EL element upon the compression, and a fluoride film including a fluoride formed by an immersion method is laminated on the nitride film. |
