摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Ni-based alloy thin sheet with thickness of 0.25 mm or less capable of providing excellent handling property even when broadened, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing an Fe-Ni-based alloy thin sheet including: preparing a raw material for cold rolling by using a hot rolling material containing, by mass%, Ni+Co of 35.0 to 43.0% (Co is 0 to 6.0%), Si of 0.5% or less, Mn of 1.0% or less and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and having thickness of 2 mm or more; and conducting cold rolling with rolling reduction of 90% or more and rolling tensile force of a final rolling pass of 4 to 6 MPa to prepare an Fe-Ni-based alloy thin sheet having thickness of 0.25 mm or less, without conducting any heat treatment during and after the cold rolling process.
