A moving image generation system includes: acquiring a plurality of moving images acquired by performing continuous photography by a plurality of image capture units that is disposed so as to differentiate their photographing areas; detecting, by way of image recognition, from within each moving image acquired, a subject arbitrarily designated; according to each timing in the continuous photography, selects a moving image including a subject-included area in which the subject detected is included at a predetermined position or in a predetermined size, and clips an image within the subject-included area; and couples the plurality of images that is clipped in the order of photographing time to generate a single moving image. |
