<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omni-directional photographing system which can photograph omni-directionally around a camera by only bringing the camera close to an object without performing a remote control operation and/or defining the direction of the camera. <P>SOLUTION: At both end parts of a cylindrical housing 12 of which both end openings are watertightly closed by transparent covers 14 and 16, a first omni-directional camera 20 and a second omni-directional camera 22 are arranged so as to photograph omni-directionally through the transparent covers 14 and 16. Further, communication means 24 arranged in the housing 12 is configured to transmit imaging signals acquired by the first and second omni-directional cameras 20 and 22 to the exterior via a cable 1802 supporting the entire camera in a suspended state. Also, the housing 12 is equipped with a plurality of floodlights 26 and 28 which light the imaging directions of the first and second omni-directional cameras 20 and 22, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
