<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide device simplified in the work for fitting a non-contact type side seal member, which is to be fitted to an axial end of a slider, and capable of surely securing clearance quantity, and capable of preventing a guide rail from being damaged in the fitting work. <P>SOLUTION: This linear motion guide device includes a side seal member 10 fitted to the axial end of the slider with a predetermined gap quantityδbetween the guide rail 2. The side seal member 10 includes a plurality of positioning projections 11, which are to be brought into contact with the guide rail 2, in the inner peripheral surface thereof. The total length L of the plurality of positioning projections 11 along the axial direction of the parts thereof to be brought into contact with the guide rail 2 is shorter than the thickness T of the side seal member 10 along the axial direction thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
