PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield structure of the power line for transmission and distribution, capable of reducing the impact of a magnetic field, generated therefrom, on the ambient environment, and to provide a power transmission and reception facility using the same.SOLUTION: The power lines 6a, 6b, 6c for three-phase transmission and distribution to be connected between a transmission side device and a reception side device, and a neutral line 6d connecting the neutral points of transformers in the transmission side device and reception side device, are arranged in the inner space of a magnetic cylindrical body 7 composed of a soft magnetic material.
