PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory device in which a circuit scale and a time required for start processing can be reduced and which can be applied to not only management blocks but also arbitrary blocks.SOLUTION: A control unit 1 specifies a final page (a first page) where data writing is complete, out of all pages within a block; specifies the next write target page (a second page) on the basis of address information written in the first page; and invalidates the second page and performs data writing to a write target page (a third page) following the second page. |
