PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt fixing device capable of smoothly drawing a seat belt when one-way lock mechanism is not actuated and capable of fixing the seat belt reliably and rigidly upon the drawing back in the locking direction.SOLUTION: A seat belt fixing device includes: a base member 12 having an inclination surface along a belt loop direction; a cover member 24 having a suppression surface 26 arranged opposite to the inclination surface 12; and a cam member 34 which is arranged between the inclination surface 12 and the suppression surface 26 and has a lock surface 38 provided with a wedge part 38a holding-in a seat belt 60 between a slide surface 36 sliding for the inclination surface 14 and the suppression surface 26. Therein, the inclination surface 14 is configured so as to come into vicinity to the suppression surface 26 as proceeding to the opposite side to the retractor arrangement side, and the slide surface 36 has a stable surface 36a and a swing surface 36b and is angled such that an angle between the stable surface 36a and the swing surface 36b becomes an obtuse angle. |
