PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling substrate capable of facilitating manufacture of a substrate corresponding to a configuration of an object apparatus.SOLUTION: A coupling substrate includes: a plurality of sub-regions 2 on which predetermined conductive patterns 20 are formed respectively; and connection parts 3 that connect adjacent ones of the sub-regions 2. The conductive patterns 20 formed on adjacent ones of the sub-regions 2 are electrically connected with each other by a connecting pattern 31 which is formed on each of the connection parts 3. The conductive patterns 20 formed on the sub-regions 2 are preferably identical with each other.
