PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas permeability measuring device capable of measuring the permeability of a specific gas toward a measuring object 7 with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A measuring part 30 includes a gas inflow chamber 4 and a gas detection chamber 5. The gas inflow chamber 4 is arranged so as to face one main surface of a measuring object 7 and is in-flowed with a detection gas. The gas detection chamber 5 is arranged so as to face the other main surface which is an opposite side of one main surface of the measuring object 7, and the detection gas permeating the measuring object 7 from the gas inflow chamber 4 is detected. A fixing part 40 is fixed with the measuring object 7 projected to the outside of the gas inflow chamber 4 and the gas detection chamber 5. A fixing table 8 is fixed with the measuring object 7 by adding a stress to the measuring object 7 in the fixing part 40. The fixing table 8 can be arranged such that the area of the region arranged on the fixing part 40 of the measuring object 7 is equal to or less than 1/10 of the area of the region arranged on the measuring part 30 of the measuring object 7. |
