PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic which has improved compatibility between hydrocarbon oil with a specific viscosity and silicone oil with a specific viscosity, is excellent in a feeling of spread, further does not cause uneven coloring on a surface, and is obtained by removing a solvent.SOLUTION: A solid powder cosmetic is obtained by adding a solvent to a cosmetic base material containing (A) silicone oil with a viscosity within a range of 20-200 mPa s at 25°C, (B) hydrocarbon oil with a viscosity within a range of 10-1000 Pa s at 20°C, (C) dimethiconol, and (D) powders to produce a slurry-like material, filling up a container with it, and subsequently removing the solvent. |
