PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an electronic component to a substrate having a region where a mounting gap of electronic components is narrow with high accuracy while avoiding decrease of productivity to an extent possible.SOLUTION: For a step of an electronic component with a small gap between it and an adjoining electronic component C at the time of optimization of mounting data, a narrow-adjoining flag is stored. When the electronic component C with the narrow-adjoining flag is mounted on a print-circuit board P, a XY travel speed of a mounting head body 6 is made smaller than usual. When the electronic component C with the narrow-adjoining flag is mounted with an opposing mounting head 6B, a horizontal travel speed of the mounting head body 6 is reduced, too. |
