PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional laminated material which hardly causes coloration and a method for producing the same and to provide an organic electroluminescent device having excellent light extraction efficiency and a polymerizable composition useful for production of the functional laminated material or the like.SOLUTION: There are provided: a functional laminated material which comprises a substrate and a light extraction layer including a light diffusion layer, where the light diffusion layer is a layer formed from a light diffusion layer-forming material containing organic light diffusion particles and a binder and the binder contains titanium oxide fine particles and isocyanuric acid (meth)acrylate; a method for producing the functional laminated material using a material containing a solvent having an SP value of 8.5 (cal/cm)or more and 13 (cal/cm)or less; an organic electroluminescent device using the functional laminated material; and a polymerizable composition which comprises titanium oxide fine particles and isocyanuric acid (meth)acrylate and contains 30 mass% or more of isocyanuric acid (meth)acrylate based on the total mass of the polymerizable compound.
